Karen has close to 20 years experience in Health care marketing and advertising. She began her career in Interactive Marketing in 1996. Karen has lead interactive strategic planning for global pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital and health care services companies.
Mike Russell, COO & Co-Founder
Mike brings a unique blend of creative design experience and process-focused operational expertise. He started his career with 15 years of traditional advertising design and was an early adapter of technology based solutions within the creative and communications fields. He leveraged these skills when he co-founded Insight Interactive Group – a leading interactive agency in 1999.
Sara Robins, VP of Client Services
Sara has mended fishing nets, trekked the Himalayas, had a short-lived career as an organic baker, and was an extra in a movie Leonard Maltin dubbed “one of the worst films of all time.” But for 25 years, she has made a living as a communicator – in print, television, film, and the Internet.
Bob Gear, Advisor and Board Member
Bob has over 20 years of pharmaceutical/health care marketing experience and 16 years of interactive experience. He spent several years with Abbott Laboratories as a Marketing Manager and then co-founded one of Chicago’s first interactive agencies, Two Way Communications, which was later merged into iXL (which later went public and those assets today are owned by Razorfish, which is a division of Publicis Group).
